Rumination keeps us fixated on the other person, place, or thing. This happens because we do not feel safe and we’re seeking reassurance through control or understanding what is happening. Ending rumination requires one to regulate their distress through reassurance and trust in their own choice, action, and their ability to navigate outcomes that emerge.
The De-ruminator Guide helps you move out of rumination and into self-trust and regulation.
